Digital images: After the session, charts are photographed digitally. The images can be made available to participants via CD, email or posting on a web site, providing an engaging touchstone to keep meeting results alive.
Summary Chart: After the end of the meeting or conference, it is often useful to create a one-page summary graphic to gather all the highlights and learnings into a single image. Sending this out to participants is a great way to keep the meeting results alive.
Meeting Reports: Charts can be included in meeting reports, along with annotations describing the session the chart illustrates. Meeting reports can be produced as powerpoint files, printed or posted to a website.
Originals: The original charts can be posted at a work place to keep results visible or at future meetings to link to previous accomplishments. They can be laminated for long-term durability.
