Graphic Recording
Graphic Recording is a visual way of mapping information that taps both right-brain and left-brain capacities.

Paula captures meeting communications using words and pictures on colorful large-scale charts that are both informative and emotionally engaging.
The charts serve as a public record of the event, creating a group memory. During the meeting, graphic facilitation reinforces learning, stimulates creative thinking, and provides validation for participants as they see their ideas and thoughts reflected back visually. The charts provide a common ground that helps participants identify larger patterns and synthesize complex information.
After the meeting, the charts are captured digitally. The chart images serve as a vivid touchstone to re-activate not just the content and ideas but the energy and experience of the original event, helping to keep the momentum of the meeting alive and moving forward.
Graphic recording has many applications, including focus groups, motivational and keynote speakers, professional symposiums, strategic visioning and planning, scenario sessions, ideation and brainstorming, conferences and presentations, board meetings and retreats, and town hall and community meetings.
